The authors assume that job embeddedness, job satisfaction and organizational commitment significantly affect employees turnover intention. This study uses a quantitative method approach with multiple regression analysis. Population in this study are 402 employees of Bank BCA Kanwil Alam Sutera and 211 employees as a sample. Taken with non probability sampling technique. In this study, using a scale of turnove intention based on Mobley, Horner, & Hollingsworth (1978), job embeddedness scale based on Mitchell, Holtom, Lee, et al. (2001 job satisfaction scale based on Spector (1997) , and organizational commitment scale based on Allen & Meyer (1990). The result shows there was significant mutual effect of the job embeddedness, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment to employees turnover intention. Results of minor hypothesis test known that only two independent variable has asignificant influence with employees turnover intention, which is sacrifice organization and reward. |

In other words, companies need a lot of employees are tiedto the company.This study was conducted to determine the effect of social support, psychology calcapital, and workplace spirituality to the company employee engagement. The total population of 280 employees of PT Tunas Jaya Makmur Abadi and sampled 266 employees of production taken using purposive sampling technique.The results showed that the four dimensions of social support (areal support, information support, emotional support, and implicit support) not significant effect on employee engagement, three-dimensional psychological capital (self-efficacy, optimism, and resilience), two dimensions of workplace spirituality (inner life and belonging to a community) that significantly influence employee engagement. Researchers hope the implications of this study can be reviewed and could be developed in future studies. For example, by adding other variables related to employee engagement that may have a bigger impact on employee engagement. |

By using accidental sampling, 200 participantstook part in this research. Some factors are examine in this research, right wing auhtoritarianpersonality, religious orientation, and social identity. The instrument that are used in this research isPrejudice Scale, Religious Orientation Scale (ROS), and Social Identity Scale. Confirmatory factoranalysis (CFA) is used to examine the validity of the scale. Multiple regression analysis is used fordata analysis. The result showed that there is significant effect of right wing authoritarianpersonality, religious orientation, and social identity toward religious prejudice among student asmany 17.5%. The result from minor hypotheses test showed that there are three variables that aresignificantly affect religious prejudice, they are submission, extrinsic and sense of belonging. Overall,it can be concluded that right wing authoritarian personality, religious orientation, and socialidentity significantly affect religious prejudice. Future research is suggested to explore other variablesthat might affect religious prejudice. |

Samples in this study as many as 200 employees of Gojumong Restaurant. The approach taken is a quantitative approach, using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is significant influence of variables job satisfaction and gratitude to theorganizational citizenship behavior. Minor hypothesis test results showed that artifacts arethree variables that significantly affect organizational citizenship behavior, namely coworkersand the communication of job satisfaction variables and gratitude. The implications of this research can provide input to the company to add a program tostrengthen the relationships between employees, such as recreation, habituationcommunication on superiors to subordinates and vice versa, and so the reminder to alwaysremind the gratitude like, words or pictures that can grow gratitude on each employeeposted in the locker. |

Based on the previous study, there are many factors that influence subjective career success, such as self-efficacy and organizational culture. Sel-efficacy is regarded as one of the most important factors in subjective career success (Abele & Spurk, 2012). Besides that, organizational culture have positively influence concerning to subjective career success (Erdogan, Kraimer & Liden, 2004). Samples amount in this research is teachers in senior high school in south Tangerang. Sampling technique in this study was nonprobability sampling with 203 respondents. This study used quantitative approach with linear regression as analysis method.Finding from this study explains that self-efficacy organizational culture such respect for people influence significantly on subjective career success on teachers. It is accordance with the finding of previous studies conducted by Abele and Spurk (2012) and Erdogan, Kraimer, and Liden (2004) that self-efficacy and organizational culture influence on subkective career success. |

CFA(Confirmatory Factor Analysis) was used to test the validity of instrument and MultipleRegression Analysis was used to test the research hypothesis. The result showed that there isan effect of social support, self-esteem and self efficacy to future orientation in adolescence.Minor hypothesis test result indicated that emotional support, self esteem and self-efficacyhave a significant effect on future orientation. The result also showed the proportion of thevariance of future orientation described by all independent variables was 29.7%, while70.3% was influenced by other variables outside of this research. |

The samples used in this study are 284students in SMPN 1 Rajeg. This study used quantitative method with multiple regression analysis. The results of this study show that self-concept and selfdisclosure have significant influence on self adjustment of new immigrant students in college (R square = 17.6 %, sig = 0,000). The results of minor hypothesis testing show that ideal-self,amount, and valensi significantly influence communication interpersonal of students inSMPN 1 Rajeg. The implications of the findings in terms of providing interventions forincreasing levels of communication interpersonal among students in SMPN 1 Rajeg werediscussed. |

Sampling conducted using non probability sampling technique. Measurers used in this study consist of Individual Work Performance (IWP) to measure performance, then the authors make their own items to measure work family conflict and use Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ-24) to measure psychological capital. Test the validity of measuring instruments using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) techniques and data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that there is a significant influence work family conflict, psychological capital and demographic variables on teacher performance of 26.6%. That is, the proportion of variance of performance explained jointly by work family conflict, psychological capital and demographic variable is 26.6% while the other 73.4% is influenced by other variables beyond this study. |

Subjects in this study amounted to 232 orphaned teenagers living in orphanages in the Jakarta area, which was taken with nonprobability sampling technique that is purposive sampling. CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) is used to test the validity of measuring instruments and Multiple Regression Analysis is used to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that there was a significant effect together from big five personality, coping stress and demographic variable (gender) to post traumatic growth in adolescent orphanage. Hypothesis test results from big five personality variable dimension show that personality type of openness has a significant influence on post traumatic growth. The results also show the proportion of variance ofpost traumatic growth described by all independent variables is 9.2%, while the rest is influenced byother variables outside this study. |

Participants in this study were employees who use email as a medium job taken with non- probability sampling technique that is convenience sampling. CFA Technique (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) was used to test the validity of measuring instruments and multiple regression analysis was used to test the research hypothesis.This research showed that is significantly related variables email, type D personality, anddemographics (gender, occupation and age) as an influence on work stress. A large proportion of thevariance of work stress described by all independent variables by 46.4%, while the remaining 53.6% isinfluenced by other variables outside of this study. There are three variables that significantly to jobstress, type D personality, gender and occupation. While the variable related to email (email workimportance, email volume, email management tactics, email overload), and age did not significantlyinfluence work stress. Researchers suggest the company should have the data of employees who havepersonality type D, in order to minimize the stress of work on employees. |
